Legalisation
LEGALISATION PROCESS
For Document Legalisation process, the following steps must be observed:
- Firstly: Documents must be authenticated in a British Public Notary Office;
- Secondly: All documents must be submitted for Attestation at the Legalisation Department of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).
Only after the above-indicated steps should the document(s) be finally presented to the Consular Section of the Mozambique High Commission in London, which in turn, will be able to certify that such document(s) is/are indeed produced in the UK, duly notarised and properly attested by the FCO.

Very Important: You MUST bring one (1) copy of the authenticated document.
